We would like to remove a few old tall ugly
cyprus trees that are so messy. Gardners say
we have to get permission. Is this true?
Answer
It could be --in most places one does not need to get permission to remove a tree BUT some Home Owner Associations and some cities have "rules" that require that permission needs to be gotten before a tree is cut. I would suggest that if you live in Home Owner Association you call them Or call the Naples city office and ask them if there is a rule.
