From your answer on this subject I assume you use undiluted Roundup. If not what dilution is recomended

For the stump treatment you use the undiluted Roundup right from the container --make sure the container is not Ready To Use (RTU). RTU is already mixed for foliage spraying. For the foliage treatment use a 2% solution, usually in a spray type container.
